Privacy Policy

My privacy policy is plain and simple - any information you provide is kept confidential. No information is kept, e.g. once you purchase something or email me, your information is deleted after the transaction has taken place. KatSurth.com does not store "cookies" or have any other tracking device. We do not sell information or email addresses. I hate junk/spam mail, and I assume you do too.

Please note, anything posted on the Message Board is out of my hands, so don't write anything you will regret later. A note about email addresses. Putting your email address on the Message Board is optional. If you really want to put it on there, I advise when giving out your email address, attach (nospam) behind it. That way email address stealing spiders don't get your real email address.

Now the same applies with sending morbid greeting cards. If you think the person receiving the card will be offended, don't send it! I will not be responsible for your thoughtless actions.

As for ideas for setups/pictures for my photography, please don't send them. Otherwise any photography ideas that you send will become property of KatSurth.com and you will lose all rights to that idea.
